What’s your warranty policy?

Rhino Power Units hydraulic power units come with a TWO-year comprehensive warranty on all parts, labor and shipping-related costs. You may never need maintenance on any part of your hydraulic power pack for many years to come but if you do, just drop us a line and let’s talk.

What’s your return policy?

All returned merchandise and repairs require authorization. Contact our service representatives (865-995-6470) first for shipping instructions and to obtain a return/repair authorization number. Credit will not be issued unless prior authorization to return or repair merchandise has been granted.

Repairs without authorization void the warranty.


When you call we will ask for the unit s/n, model and voltage reading (have your volt meter handy), maybe a picture of the unit or video to trouble shoot your issue. If it is a true product defect will we replace your unit or send component parts to repair.  (Use the same box to ship back the defective unit – we pay the bill).

We stand by our product and want the defective units returned for QC.  If we don’t get the defective unit back, you will be billed for the replacement unit.

For merchandise returned to Rhino Products for reasons other than warranty, a 20% restocking fee and round-trip shipping costs will be deducted from the credit refund. All returned items must be in their original box or crating and should include all packing material, manuals and all accessories if available. At our discretion, a restocking fee may be charged if your product is opened or is not returned in its original condition, box, or is missing packing material, manuals, or any accessories.

Do you ship oversees and to P.O. boxes?

We’ll ship your package anywhere in the contiguous 48 United States that can accept deliveries.
